Protected photographs, identity and content

All photographs of Aurora published on this website, together with her name, professional details, email address, written content, design and brand elements, are protected. The photographs are not free stock material. Copyright and any rights in the photographs are reserved to Aurora and/or the relevant rights holder, and Aurora's portrait and identity may not be used without prior written authorisation.

No person, third-party website, social-media account, directory, app, database or automated service is authorised to copy, download, reproduce, alter, republish, distribute, embed, archive, scrape, index for profiling, use in advertising, impersonate Aurora, or use these photographs or details to train an AI system. The email address displayed here may be used only to make a genuine, direct booking-related enquiry; it must not be harvested, sold, shared, added to mailing lists or used for unsolicited marketing.

Under Italian Copyright Law (Law no. 633/1941), a portrait generally may not be displayed, reproduced or put into circulation without the consent of the person portrayed (Articles 96–97). Any statutory exception, including exceptions relating to public interest, applies only to the extent required by law. This notice does not grant any licence or waive any right.

Personal data and GDPR

Publishing a name, portrait or contact detail on this website does not mean consent to further use by third parties. Where the information identifies Aurora, it is personal data. Any third party that processes it must have its own valid legal basis and comply with the GDPR and applicable Italian data-protection law.

Aurora may ask a controller to stop unlawful processing and, where applicable, exercise the GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (Articles 15–22, including Articles 17 and 21). A privacy request can be sent to nurutantramilano@gmail.com. Requests should be considered promptly; the rights and remedies available depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

Reputation, false claims and unlawful conduct

It is forbidden to publish or send false, insulting, threatening, harassing, privacy-infringing or misleading claims about Aurora or Nuru Tantra Milano, or to use the website's details to create false profiles, invitations, adverts or communications. In Italy, defamation may give rise to criminal liability under Article 595 of the Italian Criminal Code, as well as civil remedies. Other unlawful conduct, including unauthorised use of personal data, image rights or copyrighted material, may also be reported to the competent authorities and pursued through the remedies available by law.

Information on this website is provided for general information and booking requests. Availability is confirmed only by email. The operator may correct prices, availability or website content where necessary, subject to applicable law and any confirmed booking terms.
